Scope
This policy covers the inputs you submit to the Ferro API and your use of its analytical outputs. It supplements the terms of service. The service documentation identifies the inputs each operation accepts. Planned features described elsewhere are not made available by this policy.
Inputs you supply
You must have the rights and permissions needed to submit inputs to the service, have us process them, and use the resulting outputs in your application. This includes any applicable exchange, vendor, employer or customer restrictions. A subscription to a data feed does not by itself establish that remote processing, redistribution or every downstream use is permitted.
Do not send provider credentials, personal information or raw datasets unrelated to a supported request. Supply inputs with the units, conventions and timestamps required by the operation. You are responsible for evaluating whether stale or incomplete inputs are suitable for your workload.
Platform-sourced data and provenance
The operations currently available compute results only from the inputs you supply; they do not resolve market data on your behalf. If we enable an operation that resolves inputs from a data publication, its documentation will identify the source, provenance, timestamps and permitted uses, and we will publish a new version of this policy before it applies. A computation's timestamp and a market observation's timestamp are different. Do not present a historical or delayed result as current.
Raw provider quote or trade redistribution is not offered. Published functionality and permissions, rather than roadmap descriptions, determine what is available.
Use and redistribution of results
The current standard service policy does not permit redistribution of results. Use results for your own authorized analysis. If your application would display or distribute results to customers or other third parties, contact support@morphiqlabs.com to establish the necessary service and source-data permissions before doing so.
An analytical transformation does not remove upstream licensing restrictions. Do not use outputs to reconstruct or redistribute a restricted feed, evade data entitlements, or imply that we grant vendor or exchange permissions we do not hold. Preserve required attribution and provenance when displaying or passing on results.
Interpretation and enforcement
Prices, implied volatility, Greeks and related analytics are model outputs. They are not promises of tradable prices, investment returns or suitability for a particular strategy. Independently validate assumptions and any use in customer decisions. See the terms of service for the scope of the service.
We may restrict a source, operation or account to address a licensing issue, security incident or policy violation. Contact support@morphiqlabs.com about data permissions or provenance. Changes to this policy are published as new versions with an effective date.
